Mooeve 18 Berlin

Perfect place for a Berlin adventure Positive: Modern comfortable apartment. Fully equipped kitchenette, includes coffee machine and a supply of coffee/tea uht milk pots. Bathroom shower good water pressure and has shampoo and shower gel. Hair dryer ok but not very powerful. We were 3 adults so had booked the 2 bedrooms, one double one with twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room (some confusion during booking mean we had to set up the sofa bed so 3 people had a separate room/area each to sleep in.) There was plenty of linen in the bedrooms to enable us to set up the sofa bed 3rd sleeping room/arrangement. There is a lift, with a glass window so you see outside, but it’s a touch small perhaps only 2 people with cases at a time Small courtyard to rear and a play park and where bins are located. Located in vibrant area with 3 supermarkets directly across the street and lots of eateries nearby. Easy walk to 2 train stations with direct routes to rest of Berlin. Easy walk to Berlin Wall gallery. Negative: Floor boards in living room/ kitchen area were squeaky, unsure if this affects downstairs? We did get a text from managers asking for noise to be kept down in the building, unsure if this was sent only to us or all in the bloke, but nothing can be done to avoid the floor. Squeaky floor also made it awkward for bathroom visits at night as the bathroom is loaded past the person sleeping on sofa bedroom. The road outside is very busy but after a while the trams become unnoticeable due to frequency. Others in the apartment bloke come home late at night (2am/4am) with raised voices. Best to pack ear plugs.

Positive: En general todo estaba bien, el piso era cómodo y teníamos todo lo necesario. Nosotros eramos 5 y teniamos espacio de sobras para todo. Estaba limpio y la zona era buena. Negative: Habia muchas limitaciones en cuanto a ruido, eran las 20 horas y estamos hablando en el salón y nos llego un mensaje como que debiamos de bajar el volumen.

Άριστη Positive: Ήταν ευρύχωρο, άνετο, καθαρό και ζεστό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε τρένο και σε μέτρο (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Positive: Great location for walking around the neighborhood. Parked at Parkhaus Victoria Center APCOA about 10 minutes walk away Negative: Creaky floors and noise from streetcars from the street if windows are open. Refrigerator worked as a freezer, be careful: your salad will freeze

Nice and clean apartment in a good location, but way too expensive (count in the parking!!!) Positive: it was large, clean and confortable Negative: it had no parking, moreover nearby street parking is extremely expensive. I paid 30eur from 18:00 till 23:59. Also the price of the accomodation itself in my opinion it is too high compared to it’s standard. 350 eur/night is like a large villa on the seaside, not an apartment on the 4th floor in berlin with no parking.

Not the best Positive: Good location, spacious accommodation, shop right next to the apartment, clean sheets. Negative: Apartment wasn't cleaned properly, dust on the floor and the fans, extremely hot with no AC, loud noises due to proximity of the street, no leniency on check-in time, loud noises in the hallway during night, creaking floorboard.

Positive: Lokalizacja, czystość pokoi i łazienki Negative: Niewielkie trudności.w.wesjciu do mieszkania,.otrzymaliśmy maila, o tym że mogą wystąpić. Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomość o miejscach parkowania.
