Razoável Positive: Easy check-in and check-out process. Good location, close to many shops, supermarkets and a small walk to the train station. Good size flat. Small balcony but can fit about 4 to 5 people tightly. Nice fast heating when working. Clean place. Shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer were provided. A toaster, microwave, kettle, electric cooktop, and coffee machine (with 3 or 4 pods) were available to use. Enough cutlery and plates were provided. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Negative: For a 7-night stay and 5 people, there were only 3 toilet paper rolls and maybe 4 bin liners for both the bathroom and the kitchen. No TV. Very creaky floors. The washing-up dispenser was loose and the sponge was just half of a normal sponge that had been cut. No info regarding the bin disposal area, laundry room or keys to the same previous to asking. The app for the laundry did not work at all so I had to find a laundromat. For an entire day, there was no heating or hot water and there was no communication regarding it until I asked about it, and didn´t even get an update when it was fixed. There is a decibel measuring device in the living room (the only common space where you can hang out) that was bothering our group as multiple and constant messages were being received regarding noise levels during the day and night. This made the stay slightly uncomfortable as you had to whisper a lot of times and that's not what you expect when on holidays with friends. Our balcony was right next to the balcony of the flat next to us and on the first night the guests from next door were bothering us shouting into the street and trying to talk to us.

Positive: Lots of restaurants, stores, coffee shops near by. Everything was clean, great communication with host, great instructions. Lots of available parking around the building for free. Negative: The floors in apt are very old, squiky when you walk. You need to take slippers with you cause the floor is cold to walk on just in socks or should provide slippers in apt. Double bed is a bit small for two and you can't pull out a couch in living room.
