Posizione perfetta a Berlino Positive: Posizione perfetta in zona tranquilla ma vicino a molti servizi. Appartamento spazioso, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento 13 dove avevamo anche un terrazzino. Molto utile anche la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout. Eravamo un gruppo di 5 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Positive: Unkompliziert. Ausstattung nichts besonderes aber gut. Lidl direkt gegenüber. Bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Tolle Gastronomie in der Gegend. Alles in allem für eine Wohnung mitten in der Stadt ok. Negative: Lächerlich kleiner Fernseher. Amateurhafte Elektrik. Der Fernseher geht nur wenn das Licht an ist........ ledersofa. Nicht mein Geschmack aber ok.

Sehr gut! Positive: Alles war sehr gut und hat unsere Erwartugen erfüllt. Negative: Das Schloss lies sich nicht öffnen. Der Code war zwar korrekt aber das Mechanismus hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück haben wir eine Mitarbeiterin getroffen die uns die Tür aufgemacht hat.

Good value for Berlin Positive: It is located in a very cool area of Berlin with lots of restaurants close by. 10 min from Alexanderplatz by S bahn. Nice bedrooms and good value. Clean and quiet. A good option for this area. Negative: Sofas are not very comfortable and could do with blankets or covers. Tv is tiny, and the power to it is all on the same switch to the lights. So the lights need to stay on to power the TV . A floor standing lamp would be nice for the main room.
