Positive: דירת קרקע נעימה ומרווחת, מושלמת לזוג עם ילד.

שימו לב לקחנו את הדירה מספר 1 שהיא היחידה בקומת קרקע. יש להם כמה דירות אם חשוב לכם כמונו קרקע אז תוודאו שלקחת את הדירה הנכונה.
Negative: חסרון משמעותי עבורנו היה היעדר טלוויזיה בדירה.
בנוסף, השכונה אינה ממוקמת באזור מרכזי, וההליכה לאזורים מרכזיים פחות נוחה עם עגלה, במיוחד עם ילד קטן.
